Ship Shift is a technology company based in Barcelona. We help distributors, carriers and logistics operators replace Excel, WhatsApp and manual planning with software that actually works in the field.
Why we started Ship Shift
We founded Ship Shift in 2026 after seeing first-hand how distributors and logistics operators still run their day-to-day on spreadsheets, phone calls and improvised routes. Orders get lost, routes are planned by eye, and invoices are reconciled manually at month end.
We believe SMEs in transport deserve the same operational tooling as large carriers — without six-month ERP projects or enterprise pricing.

Our flagship product: AI order intake from email, VRP route optimization, driver mobile app and automatic invoicing. Built for distributors with 3–50 vehicles.
Custom development
ERP/TMS integrations, AI process automation, operational dashboards and internal tools for logistics companies with specific bottlenecks.
