LogIA combines large language models for unstructured data with proven optimization engines for routing. No black-box promises — each component has a clear operational role.

Architecture overview

LogIA is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each distributor gets isolated data, configurable business rules and role-based access for dispatchers, drivers, commercial teams and admins.

Order intake (LLM)

Emails and attachments are parsed by AI to extract client, products, quantities and delivery address. Business rules validate stock, rates and required fields before creating an order.

Route optimization (VRP)

Google OR-Tools solves CVRPTW — capacitated vehicle routing with time windows. OSRM provides real road travel times. One click replans the entire fleet.

Field execution (PWA)

Drivers use a progressive web app: route list, navigation links, proof of delivery and incident reporting. Works offline-tolerant on standard smartphones.

Billing automation

Confirmed deliveries are cross-checked against rate cards. Delivery notes and invoices are generated as PDF without manual spreadsheet reconciliation.

Integrations

IMAP/SMTP email, REST API, ERP export paths and webhook hooks. Custom integrations for enterprise clients via our consulting arm.

Infrastructure

Dockerised services, PostgreSQL, encrypted credentials, TLS everywhere, automated backups and observability (Prometheus/Grafana) in production.

Our engineering principles

  • Separate AI from optimization — LLMs handle text; solvers handle routes. Mixing them creates unreliable products.
  • Measure before claiming — we publish calculators and methodology instead of generic "save 40%" marketing.
  • Field-first UX — if a driver cannot use it with gloves on a phone, it does not ship.
  • SME pricing, enterprise reliability — production-grade stack without six-figure implementation projects.
