Ship Shift is a technology company based in Barcelona. We build AI solutions to automate operations for distributors, carriers and logistics operators in Spain.
We founded Ship Shift in 2026 in Barcelona after seeing first-hand how distributors and logistics operators still run operations on Excel, WhatsApp and phone calls. Orders get lost, routes are planned by eye, invoices are reconciled by hand at month end.
We are three data engineers who decided to build the technology last-mile logistics needs but does not have. We do not come from a consultancy: we come from understanding data, building models and putting them into production.
