Custom project, not a standard feature
LogIA includes ERP integration as a standard feature: API, exchange file or CSV/Excel. It is explained in ERP integration in LogIA.
This page is for when that is not enough: legacy ERPs without an API, proprietary formats or specific connectors that must be built.
Typical cases
- An ERP with no API, or a very limited one.
- A warehouse management system (WMS) that must receive and return operational data.
- A third-party TMS or tools living alongside the rest of your operation.
- Syncing customers, products and rates between systems.
What data gets synchronised
Depending on the case: orders, master data (customers, products, rates), delivery statuses, delivery notes and invoices. In the diagnosis we define which system is the source of truth for each piece of data.
